Abstract

This study aimed to aimed to asswss the microbiogical status of meat and Meat products as (Minced meat _ Luncheon, Basterma, Hotdog, sausage, And hamburger) Lt is evident that most of samples under investigations are Contaminated with pathogenic and non-pathogenic organisms compared with the Egyptian standards. i-e mear products are considered an excellent media for the growth of many micro erganifms including salm anells, S. aureus, B. cereus, E. coh. And others.
