Abstract

MR imaging and MR arthrography are widely used for evaluating thepostoperative shoulder instability, for its optimal soft tissuevisualization. However several factors may decrease its accuracy.To achieve accurate image interpretation, the radiologist mustselect most appropriates pulse sequences and techniques, and heshould be familiar with arthroscopic and open surgical techniques aswell as with the typical imaging findings in each postoperativesituation.
