This study aims at evaluating intra and extraoral approaches in the managementof mandibular fractures, done by evaluating both approaches that were used toreduce and fix fractures in ten patients, evaluation was done photographicallyand/or clinically, conclusion was to use intraoral approaches in most of thesefractures especially after the era of transbuccal and endoscopic assistedapproaches, leading to a decrease in the usages of extraoral approaches exceptin high Condylar and TMJ fractures.
