Saline infusion sonohysterpography is an ultrasound monitoredprocedure used to detect abnormalities of the uterus and fallopian tubesand offers a safe alternative to the conventional hysterpsalpingopraphy.This study aims at the evaluation of advantages and accuracy ofsonohysterpography by comparing its results to hysterpsalpingopraphyand laparoscopic chromotuibation, in the diagnosis of tubal factor offemale infertility.
