Renal transplantation can cause improvement in erectile dysfunction in RTRs. The incidence of erectile dysfunction in ESRD patients were 44.2% & 67.4% in both groups of our study. The improvement of erectile function post transplantation were 41.4% in group I & 82.6% in group II of our studied RTRs. The use of internal iliac artery for revascularization of the transplanted kidney affects the penile blood flow as proved by high incidence of ICI negative responders in group I than in group II.
