Laser ablation has been one of the less commonly used modalities ofpereutaneous image-guided tumor ablation of malignant neoplasms,m,ainlyu of the liver. The techniuque of Laser thermoablation depends on inserrtion of a laser fibre inside the tumor and heat-induced coagulation necrosis. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of Laser ablation in the management of patients with malignant primary and secondary lung neoplasms. Results of this method in 32 patients, in terms of survival time and local tumor control, were analyzed and compared to other modalities.
