Abstract

Our study is aiming mainly to choose a simple, cheap, available and less invasive diagnostic method to diagnose cases of endometriosis which is a common gynecological disorder for along time it was only the diagnostic laparoscopy and still the back bone of diagnosis and our study aims mainly finding helpful method in diagnosis.From this point it was the start of our study that simply was targeting infertile patients and differentiate between those complaining of endometriosis and those who don’t have the disease using the available and traditional methods in diagnosis of endometriosis and then correlate between the presence of endometriosis and detection of serum C-reactive protein and also trying to find a correlation between the levels of CRP and the stage and severity of the disease.
