Abstract

Ms is one of the most common neurological conditions in youngadults. C-MRI is established as the most important diagnostic tool forpatients with MS, yet it have significant limitations leading todevelopment of new MR techniques, the most important of which isH-MRS. H-MRS is a non-invasive technique that enables in-vivoinvestigations of metabolic alteration associated with brain pathology,It assists in early detection of MS, discrimination of active plaques &better understanding of the disease pathology and hence better selectionof treatment.
