This work is a review of the literature fornormal intracranial pressure and normal physiologyof cerebrospinal fluid. Different etiologies ofelevated intracranial pressure are reviewed briefly,discussing their pathological effects and theirclinical picture. An outline for different types ofICP monitors is also described. Finally, a malleableprotocol for treatment of ICH is identified, which iseasily modified according to each individualscenario.
