The aim of this study is to evaluate the role of thoracoscopic sympathectomy in treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis in children. 20 cases have been included in this study selected from outpatient clinic of Cairo Specialized Pediatric Hospital, Cairo University. No major morbidity or mortality has occurred in any case, only two cases suffer recurrence of symptoms.
