Abstract
PCR and flowcytometric markers have been applied for the detection of minimal residual disease in cryomix samples of 15 ALL and NHL patients who undergone PBSCT. These markers include surface markers, rearranged T-cell receptor (TCR) and immunoglobulin (Ig) genes Conclusion : presence of rearranged TCR or Ig in autologous stem cell grafts of ALL and NHL patients might be related to the prognosis.
