This study was conducted on fifty patients harboring fourth ventricular tumours namely cerebellar astrocytoma, medulloblastoma, choroid plexus tumours, ependymoma, epidermoid and haemangioblastoma. Twenty- seven patients were males and 23 were patients. 28 patients of these cases had medulloblastoma, 12 patients with astrocytoma, 4 patients with choroid plexus tumours, 3 patients with epidermoid, 2 patients with ependymoma and one patient with haemangioblastoma.
