Fifty-nine cases of neuroblastoma patients were recorded among 1601 total pediatric malignant cases during lst Jun 1991 to Dec. 2000 in NEMROCK. The male to female ratio was 0.84 : 1 the mean age was 31.59 ± 20.77 months for male and 38 ± 31.79 months for female. 52.54 % of cases was stage IV, the response rate was 41.2%. The cases younger than 1 year of age had long survival compared to olders. The OAS was 54.24 % at 6 months, 6.78% at 3 years.
