The clavicle is the anterior member of the shoulder girdle, its fractures is a common incidence, however, nonunion of these fractures is a rare incidence to occur. Also malunion of fractures of the clavicle can be considered a common sequel of clavicular fractures but symptomatic malunion is a very rare incidence. Clavicular nonunion and symptomatic malunion can affect all functions of the clavicle and the affected limb. The patient may have pain in the shoulder, reduced power of the affected limb, or symptoms of thoracic outlet syndrome. The surgeon should evaluate the patient's condition to be sure that the cause is malunion or nonunion, the decide operative intervention in the form of reconstruction or resection in nonunion or corrective osteotomy in malunion. The results of surgical intervention in both conditions is usually satisfactory if compared with symptomatic improvement and restoration of functions
