Perception of providers and their recommendation to improve quality of services were obtained. Clients satisfaction and needs were also assessed. The study investigated the RH morbidities among target women. The studied centers were well equipped and furnitured but manifested shortage in supplies and medications. Number and qualifications as well as performance of providers were unsatisfactory in both centers. ANC as well as TT coverage rate did not reach a satisfactory level. Coverage of natal care was minimal as most of women in urban areas prefer hospital delivery. FP service showed better achievement than maternal care services, and the IUD was the most preferred method among women, followed by injectables. Considerable percent of target women were having GITs, and history of abortion. Anemia and obesity were found to be of high prevalence among them. The results of our study showed that the provided services were not integrated. RH services were limited to maternal care and FP services only with absence of other important components.
