Abstract
The application of real-time ultrasonography has played a very important role in modern obstetrics. Traditional real-time two-dimensional ultrasonography is usually position dependent and gives a linear-observation of the structure of the fetuses. Our study aims to answer the question; does 3D-TVS has important added information advantages more than 2D-TVS in early pregnancy? In our study we scanned 200 pregnant women in early pregnancy (1st trimester) by 3D-TVS and also 2D-TVS. We compare GVS, yolk sac, anatomical survey and NT.
