Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging of the brain is well recognized for its excellent resolution and its ability to visualize the white matter including the corpus callosum in sharp details and it also gives fine definitive characterization of these lesions. Recently, it is helpful to study the brain function as well as it has a great role in studying corpus callosum lesions as congenital, traumatic, inflammatory neoplastic and miscellaneous lesions which may affect the corpus callosum
