This is the newly brief and conclusive concept which we retained by the end of our exhaustive review of literature work concerning the UCBT, being one of the sources of SCT. But of course, the concept is not so easily simplified like that since many factors are needed to support this stem cell in performing its already programmed function in donating a new life, among these supportive factors are the necessity to seed this stem cell on a healthy soil, which means in turn to prepare the bone marrow through cleaning it by the adaptive preparative regimen from any potential and supposed to be diseased cells so as the down-coming cells are to be nourished and grown up on a healthy soil base aided by the surrounding microenvironment already established in the bone marrow compartments.
