Abstract

Degenerative spine disease is common disorder shows no sex differences yet, there are regional differences along the vertebral column, being most common in the lumbar region. The condition occurs due to degeneration in the disc associated with mechanical injury. Presentation occurs in the form of myofacial syncope mural impression, mechanical instability inflammatory henro patient syndromes. Diagnosis depends on good clinical evaluation in addition to full investigation by mewoingaing stuosis. Treatment modalities are either one or combined mittied of the following according to the clinical situation of the patient. Conservative management bed rest medical treatment physical therapy training or using lumbosacral support devices corset-braces), weight control. Surgical intervention: laminectomy with discectomy. Microdiscectomy decompression the stabilization interbody fusion with bone grafts or with cages later, insertion artificial disc.
