Abstract
Communication is essential for all life process. Accurate sensing of the environment and appropriate coordinated responses depend on the nervous and endocrine systems, which are tightly interwoven. Nervous system functions are mediated by hormones and the endocrine system is centrally controlled by the nervous system. Voice disorders are classified into 3 main categories: Organic voice disorders, Non organic voice disorders and M.A.B.Ls. Endocrinopathy is one of the causes of organic voice disorders. Although voice disorders are considered as a recognized feature of many endocrine disorders so far there are very few objective studies of these changes.
