Screening of school students for different spinal column deformities provide early detection, so many curves that would require surgical treatment can be prevented from reaching that sever magnitude, and can be managed with conservative treatment "observation + braces". 10 cases of spinal column deformities were detected "4.8%" from 207 students. Eight cases were advised to be managed with observation of progression of the curve "80%". 1 case was advised to be managed with brace 10%, 1 case was referred for surgical intervention 10%.
