Aim: To assess the effect of Low Level Laser Therapy, calcium, vitamin C and D on jaw bones of diabetic rats. Methodology: Diabetes was induced in rats and five groups were assigned; Gp1 normal control, Gp2 diabetic control, Gp3 was LLL treated diabetic rats, Gp4 LLLT+Ca+Vit.D, Gp5 LLLT+Ca+Vit C and D. Evaluation was done by scarification of one third of each group in one, two and four weeks through digital radiography, histopathology, histomorphometry and blood parameters. Results: The bone density measurements were higher in Gp4 and Gp5 followed by Gp3, while Gp2 showed the least values. Conclusion: LLLT and vitamins can enhance bone quality.
