The effect of peripheral alcohol injection with differentconcentrations in management of Trigeminal Neuralgia (TGN)were studied and compared in fourteen patients suffering fromTrigeminal Neuralgia. Patients were divided into two groups.Group A was injected with 70 % ethyl alcohol while Group Bwas injected with 99 % ethyl alcohol (absolute alcohol). Theresults of this study showed that there was no significantdifference in sensation between patients received ethyl alcoholinjection 70% & those received absolute ethyl alcohol fortreatment of TN. It may be concluded that Office-basedperipheral alcohol injection is a useful technique for treatment ofTrigeminal Neuralgia regardless the Alcohol concentration.
