Introduction: Density of bone is one of the important factors in determining the surgical process and the type of implant to be used, and are related to the success of implant surgery. Over the years, various strategies have been proposed to overcome the dimensional limitations of the bone available for implant placement. Objectives: Presenting stability and success rate of a New implant System Integrated in Grafted and Non Grafted Severely Resorbed Anterior Maxillary Edentulous Area, as well as patient satisfaction.Materials and Methods: We present the clinical, radiographic and Resonance frequency analysis of a New implant System Integrated in Grafted and Non Grafted Severely Resorbed Anterior Maxillary Edentulous Are.Conclusion: Stability of dental implants can be evaluated by using ostell and cone beam C.T. which give good assessment for implant stability. From present study that IBS (N.R.Fix.) implants successfully stable according to ISQ value when they used in treatment of edentulous atrophic anterior maxilla.
