Aim: to evaluate clinically and radiographically immediately loaded implants in immediate and healed extraction sites. The present study comprised twelve implants installed in eight patients who required replacement of anterior maxillary teeth with dental implants. They were seven females and one male. Their ages ranged from 21 to 45 years with a mean age of 35 years. all patients had an appropriate initial periodontal therapy. Each patient was assigned in one of two groups : Immediate Implant Group(II) and Delayed Implant Group(DI).In the present study, bone density in DI group showed a statistically significant increase through all the study periods than II group which showed a statistically significant decrease through all the study periods . around the implant screw. The results of this study demonstrate that immediate loading of implants placed in immediate extraction sites is risky. However, the strength of the conclusion drawn from this study was limited due to small sample size and short-term results of less than 1 year.
