This study was conducted to investigate clinically and radiographically, the healing potential of Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) when used as a graft material after cyst enucleation. In this study twelve patients were selected of age range 18-45 years old, who were free from any systemic diseases that could affect bone healing. The inclusion criteria was mandibular cystic lesion of moderate size. The patients were divided into two groups each group consists of six patients. All the cases were assessed clinically, radiographically and statistically immediate and 6 months postoperatively.Clinically, all patients were evaluated after 1 week,3 and 6 months for the soft tissue healing (color, texture and form), presence or absence of infection and dehiscence, bleeding and local inflammation. The healing was also evaluated and recorded using digital panoramic radiography which was done immediate and after 6 months postoperatively. The statistical results revealed that there was statistically significant increase in the mean values of bone density postoperatively from immediate to 6 months postoperatively.Concerning the mesiodistal length and the superoinferior height of the cyst bony cavity, the statistical analysis showed significant decrease in both dimensions between immediate and 6 months postoperatively
