This study aimed to evaluate microhardness and wear resistance of three different glass-ionomer restorative materials which are conventional glass-ionomer, resin modified glass-ionomer and nano-filled glass-ionomer after different aging periods. A total of 90 glass-ionomer cylindrical specimens were divided into three groups (30 each) according to the type of glass-ionomer conventional glass-ionomer, Resin modified glass-ionomer and Nano-ionomer. Each group was further subdivided into three sub-groups of 10 specimens each according to the storage period i.e. where the specimens were tested immediately after preparation, 3 months of storage and 6 months of storage in artificial saliva. Micohardness was tested followed by wear resistance.
