Colorectal cancer ranks third in frequency after lung and stomach cancers. According to a study done in the statistical department of the National Cancer Institute it ranks seventh in frequency. Our patients present at a younger age than in literature, this may be due to the biology of the disease being more aggressive in our patients. Surgical management is the best way either as curative or palliative procedure.
