Abstract

The current study was conducted to compare and evaluate the implant stability and bone height of two different surface treatment in immediately loaded implant supported mandibular overdentures. Materials & methods:10 completely edentulous patients were selected from the out-patient clinic, CairoUniversity.•Group-I: Included 5- patients had received Conventional titanium dental implant coated with ready-made Bone morphogenetic protein (BMP).•Group-II: Included 5 patient receive dental implant with conventional surface treatment •In each group, each patient had received two implants which were installed in the canine region.Prosthetic management: All patient's maxillary complete denture and mandibular over dentures were constructed. Implants were loaded with overdentures after two weeks after implant placement.In each group, each patient had subjected to the following investigations.
