Fourteen patients with upper edentulous arches were categorized according to the pattern of their treatment modalities into two groups. The first group placing four implants in the canine and molar areas with bar attachments, and the second group placing four implants in the canine and molar areas with locator attachments. The dental implant was evaluated radiographically using Digora System to show changes on marginal bone height and bone density by the effect of time. These evaluations were established at time of loading, six, and nine months later. Data were collected and the values of changes between each successive time were tabulated.
