Abstract
Forearm complications after radial artery harvesting for coronary artery bypass grafting were grouped into vascular, neurological and wound complications. The study were done in forty patients in National Heart Institute showed no ischaemic forearm complication and neurological complications not affecting neurological function of forearm and wound complications were few of no statistical significance. These results encouraging the use of radial artery as a safe arterial conduit for coronary artery bypass grafting regarding forearm complications.
