Abstract
This study was done on sixty children in primary school children; 30 high achievers and 30 low achievers. Psychosocial and psychiatric comparison was done between both groups. It revealed that low achievers have lower socioeconomic level, higher incidence of psychiatric and physical illnesses. It revealed also that the most important element in low achievement of the children is low educational level of the parents. The solution of problem of education should depend on attractive teacher, interesting teaching and preparation of leaders.
