تتناول الدراسة ميزان الدخل القومي وتوزيعه واستخدامه النهائي كأحد المحاور الأساسية في ميزان الاقتصاد القومي. يركز التحليل على دوره في عرض التدفقات المالية المقابلة للتدفقات السلعية في الاقتصاد الاشتراكي المخطط. يبرز ميزان الدخل القومي أهميته كإطار شامل للحسابات القومية، حيث يُعد أداة مركزية لتوجيه السياسات الاقتصادية وتنفيذها. مقارنةً بالدول الرأسمالية، يُظهر الاقتصاد الاشتراكي اهتمامًا أكبر بتخطيط التدفقات المالية وتوجيهها نحو الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد. تساهم هذه الدراسة في تعزيز الفهم النظري للتخطيط المالي وتطبيقاته ضمن النظام الاشتراكي

The study examines the national income balance, its distribution and end-use as one of the main axes of the national economic balance. The analysis focuses on its role in displaying financial flows corresponding to commodity flows in a planned socialist economy. The national income balance highlights its importance as a comprehensive framework of national accounts, a central tool for guiding and implementing economic policies. Compared to capitalist countries, the socialist economy shows a greater interest in planning financial flows and directing them towards the optimal use of resources. This study contributes to the theoretical understanding of financial planning and its applications within the socialist system
