Special Conceptions of Socialist Economy: (Part 1) Conceptions of planning

This memorandum is expected to give short explanations regarding the conceptions or terms needed in connection with our lectures. It shall make trainees acquainted with some of the most needed new conceptions of socialist economy and also it is intended to show the existing differences between conceptions simultaneously used in capitalist and socialist economy. In our opinion, such a memorandum has been necessary, since there is up to now no dictionary translating and explaining special terms used in socialist economy. Therefore, we have been forced to define some of them newly. It goes without saying that this memorandum containing about 100 of conceptions cannot be a closed one but it must be expanded later
