يتناول فرع اقتصاد الإنتاج الزراعي تطبيق المبادئ الاقتصادية في نشاط الإنتاج الزراعي، حيث يركز على الجوانب التطبيقية للقواعد الاقتصادية وعلاقتها بعناصر الإنتاج. يهدف هذا الفرع إلى تعظيم الإنتاج وتقليل التكاليف والهدر. تشمل مجالات البحث في هذا الفرع الوسائل والطرق لتطوير استخدام عناصر الإنتاج (الأرض، العمل، رأس المال، الإدارة) وتحقيق الاستخدام الأمثل لها.

This branch aims to maximize production and minimize costs and waste.
