التخطيط التربوى

تناولت الدراسة مفاهيم التربية من خلال استعراض المفهومين الفردي والاجتماعي، مع تسليط الضوء على التوازن بين الاستهلاك (الخدمة) والإنتاج (رأس المال). ثم تناولت التخطيط التربوي بصفته أداة لتحقيق أهداف اجتماعية واقتصادية، مع تحليل العلاقة بين التخطيط التربوي وتخطيط القوى العاملة. كما عُرِضت مداخل التخطيط التربوي مثل مدخل الحاجات إلى القوى العاملة ومدخل الحاجات الثقافية. وأخيرًا، بحثت الدراسة متطلبات وضع الخطط التعليمية، من خلال تحليل الهيكل التعليمي القائم وتحديد التوجهات الكمية والنوعية اللازمة لتطوير العملية التعليمية..

The study explored educational concepts by examining the individual and social perspectives, focusing on balancing consumption (services) and production (capital). It highlighted educational planning as a tool for achieving social and economic goals, analyzing its relationship with workforce planning. The study presented educational planning approaches such as the manpower needs approach and cultural needs approach. Finally, it examined the requirements for developing educational plans, including analyzing the existing educational structure and identifying the quantitative and qualitative trends needed for enhancing the educational process
