تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تخطيط نظام التعليم الاساسي بمحافظة الشرقية والمشكلات المرتبطة بالأداء، وآليات الإرتقاء بالأداء التخطيطي، ولتحقيق ذلك إستعانت الدراسة بالمزاوجة بين المنهج الوصفي ومدخل تحليل النظم. كم تم تطبيق استبيانين أحدهم للتعرف على واقع أداء التعليم الاساسي بمحافظة الشرقية، والثاني عن تقويم نظام تخطيط التعليم الاساسي بالمحافظة وذلك من وجهة نظر كل مديري الإدارات التعليمية، ومديري المدارس والنظار، والمدرسين وكشفت الدراسة عن أن واقع التعليم الاساسي بالشرقية متدني الاداء بسبب عدم القدرة على استيعاب التلاميذ , كما أن جميع المدرسين بحاجه إلى تنمية مهنية مسدتدامة، وبحاجه الى اصلاح احوالهم ماليا واجتماعيا..... و قدد خلصدت الدراسة الى الاهتمام بتخطيط التعليم الاساسي وتحسين ظروف المعلم اجتماعيا وصحيا وماديا وإعداده مهنيا مع اهمية احداث نوع من التكامل بين المدرسة والاسرة وصولا إلى تربية صحيحة للتلاميذ.

The evaluation of The basic education planning system in Egypt, Applied study on sharkia governorate. This study aims to identify the reality of the basic education system sharkia government and the problems associated with the performance and mechanisms for improved techniques of improving planning performance and to achieve this the study used the mixing between the descriptive approach and analysis entrance system . As it has been the application of two questionnaires one is to get to know the reality of the performance of basic education in sharkia and the second for evaluating basic education planning system from the side of each of the educational department managers. School administrations and head master and teachers. The study revealed that reality of basic education on sharkia is low on performance due to the inability to accommodate students and all teachers need continuous academic development and need to improve all conditions financially and socially. The study concluded that caring about planning of basic education and improving teacher socially, healthy and physically and preparing him professionally with the importance making kind of integration between the school and the family reaching to the correct education for pupils.
