تبحث الدراسة تأثير استراتيجية التغيير التنظيمي بأبعادها المختلفة (البعد التكنولوجي، البعد الهيكلي، البعد الاداري، البعد السلوكي) على الأداء والرضا الوظيفي
وقد اجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية ممثلة للعاملين بديوان عام محافظ ة شمال سيناء وهى: مدراء العموم – مدرائ الإدارات – الدرجات الوظيفية الأخري.
Change is considered one of the most difficult challenges which face the
contemporary organizations in their diversity. Therefore, the success of the
organizations implies in the ability to handle and face such challenges resulted
from this change in a correct and planned method without randomness.
The most important change and challenge is increasing the efficiency of the
available human resources and improving the professional performance and
satisfaction especially in the governmental organizations which is suitable to the
assigned role in a quick-change world under the circumstances of the globalization
where the provision of the public services is no longer a governmental monopoly.
The success of any governmental service entity basically depends on the quality of
the services submitted and what is related to them such as the satisfaction of the
citizens with same in accordance with the concept of Comprehensive Quality
Management which leads to achieve the targeted goals.
