عندما يقوم شخص ما بأداء وظيفته الإقتصادية، ويحصل علي دخله في شكل أجر أ ربح أو غير ذلك من مصادر الدخل المعروفة يستطيع أن ينفق هذا الدخل علي أغراض الاستهلاك فى أوجهه المختلفة و قد يدخر جانبا منه ، و لصغر حجم هذه المعاملاتعادة ، و لتكررها بصورة شبه منتظمةتقل حاجة الشخص الي تسجيلها أو مراجعتها بغرض اتخاذ قرارات جديدة بشأنها

When a person performs his economic function, and receives his income in the form of a wage, profit, or other known sources of income, he can spend this income on consumption purposes in its various aspects, and he may save part of it, and because the size of these transactions is usually small, and because they are repeated on an almost regular basis, the person has less need to record or review them for the purpose of making new decisions about them.
