تعد القوى العاملة أحد أبرز التحديات التي تواجه مشروعات التنمية الاقتصادية والصناعية في الدول الناشئة. بينما يمكن استيراد المعدات والخبرات من الدول المتقدمة بسرعة، لا يمكن توفير الأيدي العاملة الماهرة بنفس السرعة. لذلك، يعتبر التدريب الفني والمهني من الطرق الأساسية لتوفير الأفراد القادرين على العمل والإنتاج. يتطلب تخطيط القوى العاملة وتدريبها تنسيقًا محكمًا، حيث يرتبط نجاح مشروعات التنمية بشكل كبير بكفاءة العاملين. من خلال تنظيم أجهزة التخطيط والتدريب، يمكن سد الفجوة بين احتياجات المشاريع من الأيدي العاملة وبين القدرات التدريبية والتعليمية المتاحة. يشمل ذلك استراتيجيات لتحسين المهارات الإنتاجية للأفراد، مع الحرص على مواكبة التطور التكنولوجي والصناعي لضمان نجاح المشاريع وتحقيق الأهداف الوطنية.

The workforce is one of the most significant challenges faced by economic and industrial development projects in emerging countries. While equipment and expertise can be imported from developed nations relatively quickly, skilled labor cannot be provided at the same speed. Thus, technical and vocational training is essential to supply capable workers for production. Workforce planning and training require careful coordination, as the success of development projects is closely linked to the efficiency of workers. By organizing planning and training systems, we can bridge the gap between project workforce needs and available training capabilities. This includes strategies to improve workers' production skills, ensuring that they keep up with technological and industrial advancements, which is crucial for the success of projects and achieving national goals.
