يمكن تعريف الإدارة بأنها طريقة توجيه وقيادة لجهود الإنسان في أي منظمة لتحقيق هدف معين وينطبق ذلم سواء كانت هذه المنظمة التجارية أو جمعية خيرية أو هيئة إرشاد فلكل من هذه المنظمات هدف محدد ولا يمكن أن نترك الحرية لكل فرد من أعضاء المنظمة للعمل على تحقيق هدفها لسبب أنها تروق له وإلا لم تنتهي النهاية من التضارب والفوضى كما أنه من جهة أخرى فإن المواهب والمؤهلات الأعضاء متباينة ومتباينة لبعضهم متباينة الإدراك

Management can be defined as a method of directing and leading human efforts in any organization to achieve a specific goal. This applies whether it is a commercial organization, a charitable association, or a guidance body. Each of these organizations has a specific goal, and we cannot leave freedom to each individual member of the organization to work to achieve its goal for the reason that he likes it. Otherwise, the end will not end with conflict and chaos. On the other hand, the talents and qualifications of the members are different and different to each other, with different perceptions.
