استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على مشكلات المواءمة المهنية بالتعليم الفني الصناعي، وأسبابها وآلياتها من خلال هذا النوع من التعليم ، وموقع خريجيه فى قوة العمل والتعرف على مداخل تطويره.
The study aimed to recognize the problems of professional relevance and techniques, using a questionnaire applied on three exploratory samples: 133industrial tehnical education graduates, 132 supervisors on the recruitment of these graduates, 140 of educational staff in Cairo governorate, and selecting five industrial companies, and five industrial technical schools, according. The study concluded that most of the graduates need to increase the practical training, and they are persistent in their work, and wish to continue in their jobs. The problems that hamper the professional relevance are shortage in curriculum, weakness of practical training, weakness of coordination between education and the labor world, insufficiency of financing. The reasons are reflected in the weakness of formal attention towards technical education, and the sustainability of social view, shortage of the process of professional instruction and guidance, and lack of information on the labor market. This study suggested that it is necessary to provide the students the with skills of self-reliance toincrease their awareness and change realization , as well as to make them more responsible.
