Managing Construction Projects depends on how it is easy to manage time and cost according to Contract Specifications and requirements in all project phases starting from tendering phase, passing by contracting and execution phase, to closing out the project. It is difficult to manage the project without managing all contract documents, so the successful construction organizations currently direction is to implement the suitable Document Management System (DMS) to manage and control documents in their projects and to help them meet their needs, solve communications problems and share written information. DMS also helps them to make right decision depending on documented data and keep their rights in claims. This paper aims to help Construction organizations realizing the DMS benefits and applications and improve project management by implementing software programs according to their requirements.
