Abstract

Study molecular docking of phenytoin using MOE , targeted Voltage gated sodium channel protein type 5 subunit alpha. Molecule phenytoin is comfortably occupied at the domain via two strong hydrogen bonds using hydantoin ring of phenytoin, in addition, some hydrophobic interactions.
