The multi-component condensation of aminotriazole, active methylene compound and carbonyl compound afforded the product triazolopyrimidine (1).To optimize the method, the reaction was studied under different reaction conditions to find the best results. Thus, we used natural juices contain various acids act as natural acid catalyst. Implementing the vast potential of ultrasound promoted reactions.The cytotoxicity and in vitro anticancer evaluation of the prepared compounds 10(a,b,c) have been assessed towards human liver cancer cell line (HEGP2) in addition to BALB/3T3 (murine fibroblast) normal cell line. The results showed that the in vitro ant-proliferative activity of the newly synthesized compounds was significant and may be investigated for further in vivo and pharmacokinetic studies.
