الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على نشأة إختلالات الهيكل الإنتاجي في الاقتصاد المصري والعلاقة بين إختلال الهيكل الإنتاجي للاقتصاد المصري وخاصة ضعف مساهمة قطاعي الزراعة والصناعة التحويلية في الناتج المحلى الإجمالي وعجز الميزان التجاري المصري المزمن والمستمر خلال الفترة (1991-2023)، وقياس أثر هذا الإختلال على عجز الميزان التجاري المصري، ويقوم البحث على فرضية " وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين كلٍ من إختلال الهيكل الإنتاجي للاقتصاد المصري وعجز الميزان التجاري المصري".  وقد إعتمد الباحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. والنموذج القياسي المبنى على أسلوب التكامل المشترك ونموذج (ARDL) لتقدير علاقات الأجل الطويل ونموذج تصحيح الخطأ (ECM) لتقدير علاقات الأجل القصير.
توضح نتائج الأجل الطويل وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين متغيرات النموذج، وأن العجز في الميزان التجاري يتأثر سلبيا بإختلال الهيكل الإنتاجي (اختلال القطاع الزراعي وإختلال القطاع الصناعي) خلال فترة الدراسة. كما يوجد توافق بين نتائج الأجل القصير مع نتائج الأجل الطويل مع وجود بعض الإختلافات المحدودة هذا فضلا عن إرتفاع القدرة التفسيرية للنموذج.
Abstract
          The research aims to shed light on the relationship between the structural imbalance in the Egyptian economy and Egypt's trade deficit during the period (1991-2023). It also aims to measure the impact of this imbalance on Egypt's trade deficit. The research is based on the hypothesis that there is a statistically significant relationship between the structural imbalance in the Egyptian economy and Egypt's trade deficit. The researcher has adopted a descriptive-analytical approach. The econometric model is based on the cointegration technique and the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model to estimate the long-term relationships, and the Error Correction Model (ECM) to estimate the short-term relationships.
          The long-term results indicate the existence of a cointegration relationship among the model's variables, and that the trade deficit is negatively affected by the structural imbalance (imbalance in the agricultural sector and imbalance in the industrial sector) during the study period. The short-term results are also consistent with the long-term results, with some minor differences. Additionally, the model has a high explanatory power.
