هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو توظيف الجهاز اللوحي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى بمدينة العين من وجهة نظر المعلمين، والكشف عمَّا إذا كانت توجد دالة إحصائَّياً في ضوء متغيري النوع الاجتماعي وسنوات الخبرة۔ وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي في دراستها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (329) معلمًا من مدارس الحلقة الأولى في مدينة العين، ولتحقيق ذلك طُبّقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من (30) بنداً موزعة على ثلاثة محاور، وتضمنت اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية حول الإدارة المدرسية ذات رؤية معاصرة لتوظيف الجهاز اللوحي، ثقافة التعلم في العصر الرقمي، التميز والتطوير في الممارسات المهنية لتوظيف الجهاز اللوحي، وقد بلغ ثباتها (0.952) وفق ألفا كرونباخ، وقد قامت الباحثة بعرض أداة الدراسة على المحكمين لحساب مدى صدقها، واستخدمت في تحليل الدراسة المتوسطات الحسابية، والانحرافات المعيارية، واختبار (T-test)، وتحليل التباين الآحادي (Anova)، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج, وأهمها: بلغت الدرجة الكلية لاستبانة قياس اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو توظيف الجهاز اللوحي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى بمدينة العين من وجهة نظر المعلمين مستوى اتجاهٍ عالٍ، بالإضافة إلى أن جميع محاور الدراسة الأخرى جاءت بمستوى اتجاهٍ عالٍ، ودلت نتائج الدراسة على عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≥ 0.05) في اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو توظيف الجهاز اللوحي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى بمدينة العين تعزى إلى متغير النوع الاجتماعي، وكما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≥ 0.05) في اتجاهات الإدارة المدرسية نحو توظيف الجهاز اللوحي في مدارس الحلقة الأولى بمدينة العين؛ ويُعزى ذلك إلى متغير الخبرة.في ضوء النتائج السابقة، أوصت الدراسة الحالية بتكوين فريق دعم تقني مُكَّون من معلمين مختلفي التخصصات في المدرسة؛ وذلك لدعم زملائهم المعلمين في مواجهة تحديات وصعوبات التعامل مع الأجهزة الحديثة"، واقترحت الدراسة إلى إجراء دراسات مماثلة للدراسة الحالية؛ للتعرف على متغيرات أخرى غير المتغيرات التي تم تناولها في هذه الدراسة. The study aimed to identify the school administration attitudes towards applying Tablat Device in Cycle 1 Schools in Al Ain city from the perspective of teachers, and to find out whether there is a statistical relationship acorrding to gender variables and years of experience. The researcher used the descriptive approach in her study, and the study sample consisted of 329 teachers from Al Ain city schools in the first stage, and to achieve this, the researcher applied a questionnaire consisting of (30) items distributed on three axes and included the directions of the school administration about leadership with a contemporary vision, the culture of learning in the era digitality, excellence and development in professional practices, and its stability has reached (0.952) according to Alpha Cronbach, and the researcher presented the study tool to the arbitrators to calculate the extent of its sincerity, and used mathematical averages and standard deviations, (T-test) and (Anova). The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the total score of the questionnaire for measuring school management attitudes towards employing the tablet device in the first cycle schools in Al Ain from the teachers point of view has a high level of direction, in addition to all the axes of the study came with a high level of direction, as the study results indicated The absence of statistical differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) in the directions of school administration towards employing the tablet device in the first cycle schools in Al Ain city due to the gender variable, and the results also indicated the absence of statistical differences at the level of significance (α ≥ 0.05) In school administration attitudes towards employing the tablet in the first cycle schools in Al Ain, attributed to the variable of experience. Acoording to the results, the study recommended the formation of a technical support team consisting of teachers of different specialities in the school in order to support their colleagues in facing the challenges and difficulties of dealing with modern device and conducting further studies to the current study to identify new variables other than the ones that were covered in this study.
