البحث يتناول الدراسة البلاغية التحليلية، والنقد البلاغي التحليلي، والرؤية البيانية الفنية والمضمونية، في أحاديث الرسولe المتصلة باليتيم، وكيفية التعامل معه، والضوابط الإسلامية التي تحكم ذلك التعامل، وما تضمنته تلك الأحاديث من توجيهات وإرشادات ونصائح إسلامية لحسن رعاية اليتيم وكفالته، وكيفية تعبير الأحاديث عن ذلك كله. وتم ذلك من خلال دراسة وتحليل الجانب البلاغي، والبياني في تلك الأحاديث، وما فيه من قيم وأساليب بلاغية وبيانية، في مجالات الأسلوب الخبري، وأسلوب الشرط، والأسلوب الإنشائي، والتشبيه، والمجاز المرسل، والاستعارة، والكناية، وغيرها مما ظهر في سياق تحليل الأحاديث، والأساليب البلاغية والبيانية فيها، وبيان أسرار ودقائق ونكات تلك القيم والأساليب البلاغية والبيانية في الأحاديث النبوية الشريفة المتعلقة باليتيم، وتحليلها تحليلًا دقيقًا، يكشف عن علاقتها بالمضمون، ومدى اتساقها معه، ودورها في إيضاحه، وإيصاله إلى المتلقين جليًا بسهولة، عن طريق تلك القيم والأساليب البلاغية والبيانية؛ من أجل التأثير فيهم، ودفعهم إلى الوقوف على ما في الأحاديث من توجهات وإرشادات ونصائح إسلامية تخص معاملة اليتيم، وتطبيقها كما أراد الرسول e وكذلك تشويقهم إلى عظيم الأجر، وحسن الثواب، على ذلك في الآخرة.والبحث بذلك كله، يكشف بوضوح عما في أحاديث اليتيم من قيم وأساليب بلاغية وبيانية وفنية وملامح مضمونية، وضوابطها وسماتها، كما يكشف بوضوح عما في تلك الأحاديث –أيضا- من مظاهر التأثير في المتلقين، وتشويقهم، إلى حسن الثواب، وعظيم الأجر لهم في الآخرة على حسن رعايتهم لليتيم، من خلال تحليل تلك الأحاديث تحليلًا بلاغيًا وبيانيًا وفنيًا ومضمونيًا دقيقًا.
Abstract:
The research deals with the analytical rhetorical study, analytical rhetorical criticism, and technical and content-based rhetorical vision, the hadiths of the Messenger, peace be upon him, related to the orphan, how to deal with him, the Islamic controls that govern that dealing, and what those hadiths included in terms of Islamic directives, guidance, and advice for the good care and sponsorship of the orphan, and how the hadiths express all of that. This was done by studying and analyzing the rhetorical and expressive aspects of these hadiths, and the values and rhetorical and expressive styles they contain, in the areas of the informative style, the conditional style, the constructive style, simile, metaphor, metonymy, and other things that appeared in the context of analyzing the hadiths and the rhetorical and expressive styles in them, and clarifying the secrets, subtleties, and jokes of those values and rhetorical and expressive styles in the honorable prophetic hadiths related to the orphan, and analyzing them with a precise analysis that reveals their relationship to the content, and the extent of their consistency with it, and their role in clarifying it, and conveying it to the recipients clearly and easily, through those values and rhetorical and expressive styles; in order to influence them, and push them to stand on what is in the hadiths of Islamic directions, instructions, and advice regarding the treatment of the orphan, and to apply them as the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, wanted, as well as to excite them to the great reward and good recompense for that in the hereafter. Researching all of this clearly reveals the values, rhetorical, expressive, and artistic styles, and content features, controls, and characteristics of the orphan's hadiths. It also clearly reveals the manifestations of influence on the recipients in those hadiths, and their excitement for the good reward and great recompense for them in the afterlife for their good care of the orphan, through an accurate rhetorical, expressive, artistic, and content analysis of those hadiths.
