موضوع هذ البحث يرتكز على تتبع منهجية عَلَمٍ من أعلام المسلمين المعنيين بشأن الفكر الإسلامي وتتبع ما يثار حول قضاياه من شبهات وافتراءات، وهو الدكتور محمد عمارة (ت 2020م) في عرض شبهات العلمانيين ومن دار في فلكهم، والكر عليها بالتشريح والرد والنقض والتفنيد من خلال منجزه العلمي المعني بهذه القضية، وقد استهل البحث بالترجمة الموجزة لشخص د. محمد عمارة بداية من البيئة التي نشأ فيها، ثم مراحل التعليم المختلفة مرورا بتكوينه العلمي والمعرفي، وانتهاء بعرض مشروعه الفكري، ثم انتقل البحث  لعرض معالم المنهجية التي اتبعها العالم الفذُّ في تتبع العديد من المشاريع الفكرية للمدرسة العلمانية، وكان من أهم ملامح هذه المنهجية: تحرير المصطلحات لفهم ما تحويه من أفكار، والارتكاز على المنهج المقارن لبيان الحقائق، والإحاطة بالمنجز المعرفي للخصم استعدادا لمناقشته، واستلهام التراث الإسلامي، وتفنيد دعوى علمانية أعلام الإحياء الإسلامي، ورصد التحولات الفكرية من العلمانية إلى الإسلام، ونقض الدعوى بإبراز جهل الخصم بعلوم اللغة العربية، وإبراز ضحالة الحصيلة اللغوية لدى التوجه العلماني، وتوقف الباحث أمام كل معلم من معالم هذا المنهج جامعاً للنصوص ومحللاً لجزئياتها، من خلال ما أدلى به فضيلته من رؤى وأفكار، ومقترحات وحلول، مع التعقيب على كل قضية بما يتناسب معها. The subject of this research is based on following the methodology of a prominent Muslim scholar concerned with Islamic thought and following the doubts and slander raised about its issues, namely Dr. Muhammad Amara (d. 2020 AD) in presenting the doubts of secularists and those who revolve around them, and attacking them with dissection, response, refutation and refutation through his scientific achievement concerned with this issue. The research began with a brief biography of Dr. Muhammad Amara, starting with the environment in which he grew up, then the various stages of education, passing through his scientific and cognitive formation, and ending with presenting his intellectual project. Then the research moved on to present the features of the methodology that the distinguished scholar followed in tracking many of the intellectual projects of the secular school. The most important features of this methodology were: clarifying the terms to understand the ideas they contain, relying on the comparative method to clarify the facts, encompassing the opponent's cognitive achievement in preparation for discussing it, drawing inspiration from the Islamic heritage, refuting the claim of secularism of the scholars of Islamic revival, monitoring the intellectual transformations from secularism to Islam, and refuting the claim by highlighting the opponent's ignorance of the sciences of the Arabic language, and highlighting the shallowness of the linguistic background of the secular trend. The researcher stopped at each feature of this methodology, collecting the texts and analyzing their details, through what His Eminence stated of visions, ideas, proposals and solutions, with commentary on each issue in a manner that suits it
