تعد العناية بالموهوبين أمرا في غاية الأهمية، وفكرة اكتشاف المواهب وتنميتها فكرة عظيمة، يترتب عليها: التقدم في حياة البشرية، والسنة النبوية المطهرة تركز على أهمية تربية الموهوبين في الإسلام، وذلك من خلال تناول البرامج التي كان يطبقها النبي r في اكتشاف الموهبة الإبداعية ورعايتها، فبرعاية الموهوبين يعد صناعة التاريخ، ونحن عندما نتحدث عن الموهوبين فإننا نقصد بهم الذين يملكون قدرات خاصة، وطاقات كامنة من النبوغ والذكاء. ولقد كان للابتكار والإبداع عند الصحابة y مظاهر متنوعة ظهر ذلك في كثير من المواقف التي توضح أسمى معاني الإبداع والابتكار في توجيه الأمور وتنفيذها من أجل خدمة الدين الإسلامي في شتى المجالات المختلفة، ولقد نوهت كل الدراسات إلى أن النبي  rيحفز الفكر العميق الذي ليس له حدود، وفي ضوء السنة النبوية المطهرة نجد أن النبي r قد ربى الصحابة y وفق معايير مختلفة، من أهمها: تحفيز جوانب التفكير الإيجابي في شخصهم الكريم y، وقد أثنى الله -تعالى- عليهم في كتابه الكريم، ومنّ عليهم بسعة الحفظ، وقوة الضبط والإتقان.       والمتأمل في حياتهم، والناظر في تاريخهم يجد أنه ما منهم من أحد إلا وقد برز في مجال من المجالات، سواء أكان ذلك في الدنيا أم الدين، ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولت تسليط الضوء على نماذج من إبداع الصحابة y من خلال مواقفهم في حياتهم المختلفة، وإبداعهم الذي فاق كل حدود الوصف، وذلك لأن المربي الأول لهم هو النبي r، فما من مجال من المجالات إلا وقد تفوق فيه أحد من الصحابة الكرام y، بل وقد أبدع وابتكر فيه وصار موهوباً، وكان لهذه المواهب وأصحابها الأثر الأكبر في بناء هذا الصرح الإسلامي العظيم وتقدمه إلى يومنا هذا. ومن خلال هذا البحث سنلقي الضوء على هذه النماذج المشرفة، الذين كان لهم دور بارز في تقدم حياة البشرية في مختلف العصور والأزمان.
Caring for the gifted is a very important matter, and the idea of ​​discovering and developing talents is a great idea, which results in: progress in the life of humanity, and the pure prophetic Sunnah focuses on the importance of raising the gifted in Islam, by addressing the programs that the Prophet (peace be upon him) applied in discovering and caring for the creative talent, as caring for the gifted is making history, and when we talk about the gifted, we mean those who possess special abilities, and latent energies of brilliance and intelligence. Innovation and creativity among the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) had various manifestations, which appeared in many situations that illustrated the highest meanings of creativity and innovation in directing matters and implementing them in order to serve the Islamic religion in various different fields. All studies have indicated that the Prophet (may Allah be pleased with them) stimulated deep thinking that had no limits. In light of the pure prophetic Sunnah, we find that the Prophet (may Allah be pleased with them) raised the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) according to different standards, the most important of which is: stimulating aspects of positive thinking in their noble person (may Allah be pleased with them). Allah (may Allah be pleased with them) praised them in His Noble Book, and bestowed upon them vast memory, strong control, and mastery. Anyone who contemplates their lives and looks into their history will find that there is not one of them who did not excel in a field, whether in this world or religion. Through this study, I tried to shed light on examples of the creativity of the Companions (may God be pleased with them) through their positions in their different lives, and their creativity that exceeded all limits of description, because their first educator was the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace). There is not a field in which one of the honorable Companions (may God be pleased with them) did not excel, and he even innovated and innovated in it and became talented. These talents and their owners had the greatest impact in building this great Islamic edifice and its progress to this day. Through this research, we will shed light on these honorable models who played a prominent role in the progress of human life in different eras and times.
